Lobo Motorsports is the University of New Mexico’s student-led Formula SAE team, bringing together students from across the university to design, manufacture, test, and compete with a Formula-style race car. From engineering and fabrication to business, operations, and partnerships, each subteam contributes to one shared goal: building a competitive car and an even stronger team. With more than two decades of Formula SAE experience and a growing electric vehicle program, Lobo Motorsports continues to push the limits of student innovation while representing UNM on the national stage.
